We have been holidaying in Batemans Bay area, with our much loved dog for over 20 years and loved every minute of it. A beautiful part of the Australian coastline, so when an opportunity arose to build a holiday house only 400 metres from the beach, how could we resist.  So we built in Barlings Beach/Tomakin, which has a dog friendly beach all year round, furnished it with all brand new furniture and fittings, made it dog friendly and now rent it out so others can enjoy what we do.  Although we don't live in the area, we have wonderful caretakers that live just around the corner.
